SoL, the Society for Organizational Learning, is an intentional learning community composed of organizations, individuals, and local SoL communities around the world. The purpose of SoL is to discover, integrate and implement theories and practices for the interdependent development of people and their institutions.
 

SoL Japan is the local community in formation within the SoL's worldwide network. So as to enhance inter-development of people, organizations, and larger communities, we promote and diffuse principles, arts, and practices of “learning organization” and provide a networking place and opportunities for practitioners to inquire, experiment, and collaborate collectively. We will share our learning with a global community of learning and contribute to inter-development of people and organizations in the world. SoL Japan will have three learning communities: the Education for Sustainability Community, the Business for Sustainability Community, and the Organizational Development Community.
